Are you up for some art  together in the real world? Autumn Elzenhof's Art Workshops By Verónica Arís Back in the house! I am super happy to announce that we are starting the enrollment to the new period of Elzenhof's art workshops at ELZENHOF! (Kroonlaan 12, 1050 Elsene). Yes, you hear it well, we are back in the house! We set modules for an easy peasy progress As usual for workshops in the real world, we offer workshops for a period (not per class nor per month as we do for the online classes). However, this period will be very short. It will have only 3 classes (Normally it has around 9 or 10 classes as you may remember). Let's say that this time we are warming up for the happy life to come! Happy Art The real world has turned to be unstable. The government measures change constantly. So I ask to the applicants to be sensible and play gentle, in order to keep art as a beautiful playground for everyone, and not a risky or dangerous environment. Art fills our heart and life, helps as in learning about ourselves, in connecting in a deeper level. That is why it is appropriate to be gentle.    We've got the most amazing + lovely + chic room After Elzenhof's building renovation, we have got a special room for art!!! Isn't it great? Its name is BLUE ROOM. It is on the first floor next to the third stairs. Together with it, we got many details that will make our experience better. This way, we are ready now not only for drawing workshops but also painting! So, "the happy life to come" is for real! All this, thanks to Rik's and Maaike's support and of course Kris' lovely setting up management! Watch the video!

Figure Drawing Training  As a warming up we will start with our workshop of Human Figure drawing training! This workshop is for everyone who wants a moment for practicing life drawing, under the spirit: ONLY PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!  Said that, it is aimed to provide you the chance of improving both your sketch skills as well as your interpretative skills in a nice and cosy ambience. You will love it! In order to fulfill all of that, we will practice poses of all kind, i.e., from 40 seconds to 40 minutes. So if you are a beginner or a professional artist doesn't matter. The concept is training and I am there to guide you at the level you are. Hours From 19h to 21h. (*) However, in the first class we set the time we really start. Why? Since we work with a life model, this workshop is closed doors. So if we fix, for instance, to start at 19h15, it will mean that we close the door at that hour until the break. If someone arrives later like at 19h20, he or she has to wait to the break. The reason? Privacy and temperature of the model. Dates November 18 & 25 December 02 Price 60 euros, model included. Materials Charcoal sticks. Paper A2 preferently. Board to hold your paper. Masking tape to fix your paper on the board. Rubber (The flexible one). Fixative in spray. Where?
