HOPE is a selection of 8 charcoal portraits out of the 20 she made for the exhibition 'Faces of hope: stories of immigration' at the House of Europe in Zagreb May 2017, and it is meant to be an invitation to explore the experience of living abroad and the human growth at work in it.
HOPE will be open from October 29th to November 26th.
The exhibition counts with a small but very cool catalog. Its design combines:
Pictures of the details of each charcoal portrait with
Short texts by different writers: Alejandra Alarcón, María J. Aldanas, Alberto Bagnara, Brigitte Contreras, Jaime Landa, Giovanni Liva and José J. Mena.
You will be immersed in the experience of living abroad through all those faces and stories.
The catalog is for free and you may find it at the bar.
