Opening at Elzenhof, Ixelles, Brussels
Yesterday evening (May 11th), we have opened the exhibition 'Perspective' at Elzenhof. It was a very nice evening among friends and drawing lovers. Regarding the exhibition as such, it has been aimed to be representative of the drawing workshops that Verónica Arís gives at Elzenhof. A selection of works of her students combined with some of her sketches for the class and a couple of drawings with charcoal are the art pieces that conform the project. The visitors will find in a progressive order the kind of challenges that a person who draws still life would face in order to reach a more realistic style. The questions addressed in each drawing are also detailed under them, facilitating the understanding of what was going on with the drawing in the workshops to the spectator. The exhibition was opened yesterday, Thursday 11th of May. If you couldn't make it, no worries, it will be open until May 31st. Here the pictures of the opening. Cheers!
